Our Practice

Our office specializes in Endodontics. We offer two locations in Elmwood Park and Berwyn. All four of our doctors have hours at both locations. We are open 6 days a week.

We are in network with the following insurance companies:

• Aetna PPO and DMO
• BlueCare PPO and DMO (also known as DNOA)
• Cigna PPO
• DeltaCare
• Delta Premier
• First Commonwealth DMO
• Humana PPO and DMO

Other insurance companies will pay us the out-of-network benefits.
